好看又好吃。雖然製作過程稍微麻煩一些,但是成品
一定值得。

萬聖節南瓜造型麵包
約6個
材料:
高筋麵粉200g,南瓜泥120g,
速發酵母(instant yeast)1/3茶匙(約1.5g),
鹽1/4茶匙(約1.3g),細砂糖20g,無鹽奶油20g,牛奶50-60g,
夾餡材料:
南瓜300g,細砂糖20g,無鹽奶油20g,

*90cm長棉繩6條,浸泡液體油脂
*150度c的烤箱中烘烤20分鐘

Ingredients :
a.bread dough
200g bread flour
120g pumpkin puree
1/3 teaspoon instant yeast (1.5g)
1/4 teaspoon Salt (1.3g)
20g Caster sugar
20g unsalted butter
50-60g milk
b.Filling:
300g pumpkin
20g Caster sugar
20g unsalted butter

*6 pieces of cotton thread (90cm) put into liquid oils
*Preheat the oven to 150°C (301°F) 20 minute
