a.菠蘿外皮材料:
無鹽奶油75g,細砂糖75g,低筋麵粉200g,雞蛋1個(淨重50g),
香草精1/2茶匙,鹽1/8茶匙
b.麵包麵糰材料:
高筋麵粉270g,低筋麵粉30g,速發乾酵母菌1/2茶匙(約2g),
雞蛋1顆(淨重約50g),牛奶150cc,細砂糖30g,鹽1/4茶匙(1.5g),
無鹽奶油30g,
表面裝飾 : 細砂糖適量

270g bread flour
30g cake flour
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast (2g)
1 egg (about 50g)
150 ml milk
30g Caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt (1.5g)
30g unsalted butter
topping : Caster sugar
Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F) 18-20min
