奇福餅乾(或消化餅乾)100g,無鹽奶油40g
b.乳酪餡
吉利丁片6g,動物性鮮奶油70g,
奶油乳酪200g,細砂糖50g,原味優格130g,
檸檬汁30g,
準備冷開水500g及冰塊適量

Ingredients :
a.
100g crackers
40g unsalted butter, melted
b.
6g gelatine
70g whipping cream
200g cream cheese, room temperature
50g caster sugar
130g yogurt
30g lemon juice
ice , cold water for gelatine
refrigerate until firm, 7-8 hours.
