材料:
蛋糕體
雞蛋4顆,細砂糖75g,檸檬汁1/2茶匙,低筋麵粉100g,無糖可可粉25g,
無鹽奶油60g,牛奶20cc,杏仁粉10g,
糖漿:君度橙酒3大匙,蜂蜜3大匙
表面裝飾巧克力醬
動物性鮮奶油100g,巧克力磚120g,杏仁粒2大匙

Batter
4 egg yolks
60g Unsalted butter
100g Cake flour
25g unsweetened cocoa powder
20ml milk
10g Almond flour
Meringue:
4 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) lemon juice
75g Caster sugar
3T Cointreau
3T Honey
Ganache
100g whipping cream
120g chocolate (chopped)
2T almonds (chopped)
Preheat the oven to 170°C (337°F)
