韭菜盒子。Chive Pockets

材料:
一.內餡:
韭菜200g,冬粉一把(約50g),蝦皮3大匙,雞蛋4顆
調味料:
蔴油2大匙,鹽1/2茶匙,醬油1/2大匙,白胡椒粉少許
(調味份量為參考,請依照個人口味調整)
二.燙麵麵皮:
中筋麵粉250g,全麥麵粉50g,液體植物油25g,
80-100度c牛奶150g,冷水50g,鹽1/8茶匙
Ingredients :
a.
200g Chive
1 bunch bean flour noodles
3 tablespoon small dried shrimp
4 eggs
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper
b. hot water dough
300g All purpose flour
25g oil
150cc hot water(about 80-100℃)
50cc cold water
1/8 teaspoon salt
