a.葡萄柚1顆 細砂糖15g 白蘭地15g
b.動物性鮮奶油100g 細砂糖10g,檸檬汁1茶匙

1 Grapefruit
15g caster sugar
15g brandy
b.
100g whipping cream
1 teaspoon (2.5ml) lemon juice
10g caster sugar
Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F) 13-15 min
