湯種麵團100g,高筋麵粉270g,低筋麵粉30g,
速發乾酵母菌(instant yeast)3/4茶匙(約2.5g),
雞蛋1顆(約50g),鮮奶110-120g,細砂糖30g,
無鹽奶油30g,鹽1/4茶匙(約1.3g)
夾餡
無鹽奶油1大匙,肉桂粉1/2大匙,細砂糖1.5大匙,
表面裝飾:蛋液,珍珠糖適量

50g bread flour
250g cold water
b.bread dough
100g hot water dough
270g bread flour
30g cake flour (or bread flour )
3/4 teaspoon instant yeast (2.5g)
1 egg (about 50g)
110-120g milk
30g caster sugar
30g unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt (1.3g)
Filling:
1 T unsalted butter (melted)
1/2 T cinnamon
1.5 T caster sugar
