檸檬汁1/2茶匙
低筋麵粉100g
無糖可可粉25g
無鹽奶油60g
牛奶20g
杏仁粉10g
b.糖漿:
君度橙酒3大匙,蜂蜜3大匙
c.表面裝飾巧克力醬
動物性鮮奶油100g
巧克力磚120g
杏仁粒2大匙

Batter
4 egg yolks
50g Unsalted butter
100g Cake flour
25g unsweetened cocoa powder
25ml milk
10g Almond flour
Meringue:
4 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) lemon juice
75g Caster sugar
3T Cointreau
3T Honey
Ganache
100g whipping cream
120g chocolate (chopped)
2T almonds (chopped)
Preheat the oven to 170°C (337°F)
