材料:
速發乾酵母菌3g,牛奶50g,無鹽奶油50g,雞蛋1顆(室溫淨重約50g),
細砂糖40g,鹽1/8茶匙,低筋麵粉100g,無糖可可粉15g,
苦甜巧克力磚25g,杏仁粒適量
Ingredients :
(4 small muffins)
3g instant yeast
50g milk
50g unsalted butter
1 egg (about 50g)
40g Caster sugar
1/8 teaspoon Salt
100g Cake flour
15g unsweetened cocoa powder
25g chocolate (chopped)
10g almonds(chopped)
Preheat the oven to 170°C (337°F)
