香蕉1條(淨重100g),無鹽奶油50g,黑糖20g,細砂糖20g,
雞蛋1顆,牛奶40g,低筋麵粉80g,泡打粉1/2茶匙(2.5g),
胡桃30g,
Ingredients :
(5 small muffins)
1 ripe Banana (about 100g)
50g unsalted butter
35g brown sugar
20g Caster sugar
1 egg
40g milk
80g Cake flour
1/2tsp (about 2.5g) baking powder
30g pecan(or any nuts of your choice), toasted and chopped
Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)
