材料:
A.燙麵麵皮
中筋麵粉300g 鹽1/8茶匙 液體植物油25g
80-100度c熱水150g 冷水45g
B.油酥內餡
低筋麵粉80g 液體植物油50g
C.表面裝飾
白芝麻5-6大匙
*180度c的烤箱中烘烤6分鐘,然後將燒
餅翻面再烘烤8-10分鐘至表面金黃色即可
